1. Download the full file
Choose Excel for a formatted workbook with filters, or CSV for plain rows and full URLs. Both contain the whole catalog.
2. Or export only the items you saved
- Select Save on the product cards you want.
- Open Saved above the product grid.
- Check the list, then select Export saved CSV.

No saved items? The export button stays disabled. Your list is kept in this browser; export it before clearing browser data.
3. Open it in Google Sheets
On a computer, open a blank Google spreadsheet and choose File → Import. Upload the file, choose Create new spreadsheet, then Import data.
If you import CSV and everything lands in one column, choose comma as the separator. Check a price and a date after importing: changing the currency format does not convert the underlying amount, and date display depends on the sheet’s locale.
These steps follow Google’s desktop import instructions ↗, checked on 22 October 2026. We have not tested an import in your Google account.
What you’ll see in the file
The Excel download opens on the Finds sheet. Headers are on row 7; products begin on row 8. The CSV contains the same products as plain fields. Excel displays ~ on estimated prices. CSV keeps the price numeric and identifies source estimates in Seller option notes; keep that column with the amount.
Here are the first two product records in the current download:
| Product | USD item price | Listing checked |
|---|---|---|
| Air Force 1 White Sneakers | 14.35 | 2026-10-22 |
| Grey Hoodie with White Logo | 39.45 | 2026-10-22 |
Excel or CSV: choose by what you need to keep
| File | Contents | Useful distinction |
|---|---|---|
| Full Excel | All catalog records, 12 columns, formatted Finds sheet with filters. | Product links are clickable labels. No Product ID column. |
| Full CSV | All catalog records, 13 plain-data columns. | Includes Product ID and complete product/QC URLs. No workbook formatting. |
| Saved CSV | Only your Saved selection, using the same 13-column CSV format. | Compare is a separate list. Comparing an item does not add it to this export. |
The files are copies of this directory, not a link to an official shared Google Sheet. A category filter or a search does not alter the full-file downloads. For a smaller file, use Save first.
Check these fields before adding your own notes
- Product ID (CSV only): a stable key for the record, useful when comparing two downloads. It identifies our catalog entry, not a seller’s size or batch.
- Listed sizes: available option labels recorded at the check. They are not garment measurements.
- Listed material: the source’s statement, not our fabric test.
- QC status / link: whether photos were observed on the source. An empty QC URL is unconfirmed, not proof of a failed inspection.
- Listing checked: the source-check date for that row. It is different from the date you imported or downloaded the file.
Open CSV in Excel without losing the columns
If double-clicking the CSV gives one column, open Excel and choose Data → From Text/CSV. Select the file, choose Comma in the delimiter preview and check the columns before loading. Choose UTF-8 if an encoding setting is offered and text looks wrong.
This follows Microsoft’s text/CSV import instructions ↗, checked 22 October 2026. Menu placement can differ by Excel version. The formatted Excel download is an alternative when you do not need CSV’s Product ID field.
After import, check the first record against the table above: its price must be a USD number, the date must remain the source-check date and the product link must occupy its own column. A successful file opening alone does not confirm that the fields imported correctly.
Keep your notes when you replace an old copy
Prices, sizes and links stay as they were when the file was generated. Use the Listing checked date to judge the age of a row, and open the current product listing before buying.
- Keep an untouched copy of the new download. Do not paste new rows over the only copy containing your notes.
- For CSV, match records by Product ID. In Excel, use the product/source link and check the name; row numbers can change when the catalog is edited.
- Keep your exact colour, size and version in separate personal columns. The download does not store your selected purchase option.
- Compare the check date, price and source details before carrying an old note forward. If a record is absent from the new file, do not assume it is still a recommended current entry.
This is a way to manage your own copy. The site does not merge notes, sync a Google Sheet or back up your Saved list.
